This is to introduce the \LaTeX\ technical typesetting program.  It is most
useful in mathematics and related fields, because it includes lots of symbols,
but it is also useful in foreign languages, because it is easy to add
accent marks of many kinds, like the umlaut (\"e), the tilde (\~n), and the
French accents whose names I can never remember (\'e and \`e).
