How did you create the plots on the web page?
The plots in the AUTO, DDE23, MATCONT, MATLAB, Scilab, and XPP pages were created by the corresponding program. The rest of the plots were created with Python scripts that use the Matplotlib library. For example, the script that creates the "Damped Pendulum" plot in the CVODE page is pendulum_plot.py.
